Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were small and dimly lit with some unpleasant smells, but they did offer a spacious layout and a comfortable queen size bed. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with unhelpful and grumpy staff, yet there were also very hospitable and helpful team members willing to provide discounts. The location, although off a busy road with noise, was fantastic being only a few meters from the main square Jmaa L'fna and opposite the historical Koutoubia mosque. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited and questionable food quality. However, the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is ideally located, right opposite the Koutoubia Mosque and a short walk from Jamaa El Fna. The rooms, although in need of repairs, were serviced daily and provided a comfortable setting. The staff, while friendly and helpful, had some communication challenges in English. The dining experience, featuring mainly bread and cakes, left room for improvement. The facilities were average overall.
The hotel is in a prime location with quick access to Djemaa el fnaa and stunning views of the Koutoubia mosque. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the lack of English may pose a slight challenge. The dining experience varies, with some drawbacks like wasps on food but also some decent options. Overall, great value for a short stay holiday.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Despite the convenient location and friendly staff, the noisy kitchen and small, poorly lit rooms were a downside. The dining options were limited, but the view from the terrace was enjoyable.
